- In the event of cancellations made more than 12 weeks prior to arrival date 25% of the total forfeited.
- Cancellations made between 12 and 4 weeks prior to arrival date: 50% of total (i.e. deposit) is forfeited. Cancellations made less than 4 weeks prior to arrival date: 100% of the total is forfeited.
